Post-Workout Blend

In a 10 ml roller bottle, combine the following:

  • 10 drops Peppermint
  • 10 drops Marjoram
  • 1 drop Wintergreen
  • 5 drops Basil
  • 4 drops Frankincense
  • 2 drops Helichrysum
  • 2 drops Blue Tansy

Fill to top with a carrier oil and apply to sore joints and muscles.
