Scanner (30-day money-back): If you’re not satisfied with your itovi scanner, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. The device must be returned in good condition. A standard replacement (outside warranty) carries a $50 fee.
Warranty: Every itovi scanner includes a free 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects (2 years for the EU as per EU law- maybe just make it universally 2 years?) . You may add an Extended Warranty ($29.99 within the first 30 days, $99 after) that covers accidental damage, theft, and malfunction with free replacement and no deductible.
DNA kits: Because DNA kits involve a health/genetic sample, they cannot be returned or refunded once the kit has been opened or used. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days.
Subscriptions & plans: You can cancel your plan at any time and you won’t be billed again. We do not refund charges that have already been processed. Activation fees are non-refundable once your account is active.
