Allergies
Try 1 drop each of Lemon, Lavender & Peppermint in sequence to the side of the nose. Repeat.
Headaches
Use 1-2 drops of Tension Blend or combine 1 drop each of Peppermint, Frankincense & Lavender on temples or back of neck. 1-2 drops of Soothing Blend is an additional alternative.
Infection
Use 1-2 drops of Melaleuca on a skin abrasion, acne or sore as a cleansing agent. Repeat as necessary.
Skin
Apply 1 drop each of Lavender, Melaleuca, Copaiba or Frankincense to your skin as part of a daily regimen. Add 1-2 drops of Lavender to a burn or abrasion.
Stress
Use 1-2 drops of Grounding Blend on the bottom of your feet every day when you wake up. Apply to your temples during a stressful moment. Diffuse with Orange to relax.
